A team of bison retreat to our grounds

We hosted the Oklahoma Baptist men's basketball team for their pre-season retreat.

This retreat was structured with morning devotionals, team building activities, ropes course challenges, sports competitions, and reflections on the ups and downs of all of our careers.

Having a passion for basketball made it easy to connect with this group. Because of our backgrounds, we have a platform and a level of credibility with young men.

It was encouraging to see how hoops stories led to goal-setting and personal identity discussions centered on the passions and dreams God has given them in order to become the men they want to be.

Definitely a rewarding retreat!
