Retreat Information
Our Beautiful Location!
Our 100 Acre, rustic Texas Hill Country camp is nestled along the West Fork of the Medina River. We have comfortable, wood-frame cabins with a bunk capacity for 140 plus. It's an ideal site just two miles west of Medina, incorporating a beautiful outdoor setting for dynamic church retreats, conferences, school events, team retreats, or corporate picnics/retreats. We're only an hour and fifteen minutes from San Antonio, and an hour and a half from I35 in New Braunfels. Check available dates on our Calendar.

Exciting Programs!
We have a challenge course designed to teach communication and team building skills. Our staff of "All American" Christians can organize and play games as well as activities with any age group and size (adults too!).
It is our goal that you would "see a sermon" before you hear one during your retreat. We practice "life style" evangelism by living out the "I'm Third” life in all we do. Conference speakers, seminars, and music leadership are available on request.
Awesome Weekend Packages!
Lodging and three healthy buffet meals with great homemade desserts and complete use of recreational facilities are included.*
What a Value!!
$56 per Guest for one night with three meals and $99 per Guest for two nights with six meals. Guests provide their own bedding and towels. Price includes lodging and three family style buffet meals with dessert. There is no additional charge for use of any of the recreational facilities*.
*Minimum group size 35*

Some reminders...
Let us know of any special food requests in advance. We ask that NO food be in the cabins. Turn the release forms in upon arrival. Snack bar is available with items costing $0.50 - $1.00. We need you to provide 1 adult for every 10 teens and there needs to be one "life guard" at all scheduled water related activities. Plan enough time to empty trash, sweep, and mop cabins before departure (about 15 min when all pitch in).
